The Extech 461830 Digital StroboTach is a high accuracy digital strobometer ideal for non-contact
speed measurement of moving gears, fans, pumps, motors and other equipment used in general maintenance,
production, quality control or laboratories. Checking and analyzing motion and speed of a rotating
object involves simply aiming and synchronizing the flash rate (fpm) of the Extech 461830 Digital
StroboTach with the target.
The Extech 461830 Digital StroboTach has a flash rate of 100 to 10,000 fpm (for speed measurements
from 100 to 10,000 rpm) with a sampling time of just one second. Accuracy is ±0.05% of reading
and is maintained over a wide, dynamic range via an exclusive microcomputer LSI circuit and crystal
control time-base. The Extech 461830 Digital StroboTach features a 4-digit LCD to display the
readings. The duty cycle for the Extech 461830 Digital StroboTach ranges from 5 to 30 minutes. The 461830
utilizes 110VAC supply voltage-- model 461831 is an identical unit that uses 220VAC supply voltage.
